Large forest fires in Tyva. People are having a hard time breathing; the capital of the Kyzyl region is covered in heavy smog.
According to Mash Siberia, there are 32 outbreaks in the republic. More than 2,800 hectares are engulfed in fire. In the Tandinsky district, a forest is burning just five kilometers from populated areas. The day before, the authorities declared a state of emergency. This is the second time this summer.
