According to investigators, between January and April 2024, the director received an illegal monetary reward in the amount of 165 thousand rubles from a 44-year-old individual entrepreneur through an intermediary. For this, the woman promised him general patronage and assistance in concluding government contracts for the supply of goods for the needs of the institution (clothing for students).

“As part of the agreements reached, from December 2023 to April 2024, four government contracts were concluded between the director of the orphanage and the entrepreneur for a total amount of more than 1.6 million rubles,” the Investigative Committee said.
