
Ukrainian culinary Instagram blogger masha.fisher on December 29 told how to prepare an exquisite and very tasty appetizer for the New Year's table – roasted almonds with olive oil, sea salt and rosemary.
The blogger noted that such a snack is incredibly easy to prepare and disappears from the table instantly. It goes perfectly with wine, cider or as a snack.
“Nothing extra – just aroma, texture and taste,” the food blogger described the snack.
Preparation
- To the almonds, add olive oil, sea salt and dried or fresh rosemary.
- Rub vigorously so that the oil and spices coat each nut.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
