Trump threatens to destroy Iran shortly. “That night could even be tomorrow night”

US President Donald Trump has issued a new warning to Iran, saying the country could be destroyed overnight, perhaps as early as tomorrow. Trump made this statement during the press conference in which he presented the film of the rescue of American pilots from Iranian territory.
“Iran can be destroyed overnight, and that can be tomorrow night,” said Donald Trump.
The president repeated the claims about the good conduct of the war and the conduct of the military during the intervention in Iran, which he said was “unbelievably good”.
“In a stunning display of skill and lethal precision, the US military moved into the zone, the actual zone, engaged the enemy, rescued the trapped officer, and destroyed all threats,” Trump said.
He stated that he ordered that the two Americans be rescued by all necessary means. “We leave no American behind,” commented Donald Trump.
The intervention was made more difficult by the fact that one of the airmen who had to catapult was wounded and bleeding profusely. In addition, rescue crews came under heavy fire, with one of the helicopters involved riddled with bullet holes.
“It was a stroke of luck that we brought them both back. It's an unprecedented operation in military history (…) They were waiting wet, near a farm, in wet sand. They came one after the other, I was a little worried if they didn't come quickly and get out of there quickly,” Trump said.
