In Khakassia, Rostelecom, together with its subsidiary RT MIS, expanded the functionality of the medical chatbot in the MAX messenger, integrating it with the State Services portal.
Patients no longer need to waste time calling the reception desk and waiting in queues. A large-scale digital project was implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the State Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the region.
A special chatbot in the messenger allows you to remotely make an appointment with a doctor, reschedule an already scheduled visit to another date or cancel it, as well as receive telemedicine consultations, extend or close a sick leave. You can communicate with the doctor in audio and video format. You can also send text messages and files, such as test results.
“If online registration for a clinic is already familiar to many, then, for example, telemedicine is not yet so popular. The new service at MAX helps make this socially significant service more accessible to people. To protect personal information, users must log in through an account on State Services or using the SNILS number – this is a standard procedure,” said Alexey Usatov, director of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom.
“MAX is becoming a good tool for interaction between patient and doctor. Our plans are to further expand the medical functionality of the messenger: in particular, the introduction of digital registration of informed consents for procedures,” said the Minister of Health of the Republic of Khakassia Maxim Maximov.
To activate the service, you need to go to the MAX messenger, find the chatbot “Make an appointment with a doctor in Khakassia” in a search engine, or open it using the link and log in.
