Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor conducted an unscheduled an inspection of a dairy production enterprise located in Solontsy and revealed numerous violations of the requirements of technical regulations.
Experts have found that acceptance withof raw milk was carried out from the garage, where the milk truck stopped. Auto parts, chemical auto fluids, cleaning equipment and other foreign objects were also stored there.

In addition, areas with traces of rust were found near the churn. Also, stands for technological equipment and chest freezers for storing finished products were covered with it and corrosion.
In general, the condition of the production premises turned out to be unsatisfactory: in the workshops, tiles peeled off in places on the walls and cracks appeared, mold was found on the ceilings, there were potholes on the floors, and the transfer windows were dirty.
“In addition, laboratory production control of raw materials, finished products, and the efficiency of processing premises, equipment and inventory was not carried out. The planned frequency of laboratory tests of raw materials and finished dairy products was not observed – in fact, in 2025, only 2 samples of finished products of one type (butter) were examined. On top of that, the enterprise did not monitor the timeliness of medical examinations and hygienic certification of personnel, or the availability of personal medical records when hiring,” said Rospotrebnadzor.
Based on these facts, Emelyanovskoe LLC was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 50,000 rubles, which has already been paid. The company was also given orders to eliminate the identified violations within a specified period of time.
