New incident in Denmark. Unknown Drones overdone an important military base

Unidentified drones were observed on Friday night in Denmark, this time near an important military base, the largest in the country, after several recent incidents in which unmanned appliances became airports.

“I can confirm that I had an incident around 8:15 pm (18:15 GMT) that lasted a few hours. One or two drones were observed outside and above the Karup air base. I didn't lower them,” said Police Officer Simon Skelsjaer, for AFP.
The police cannot comment on the origin of the drones and cooperate with the army in their investigation, he added.
The base in Karup divides its tracks with Midtjyland airport, closed for a short time, without affecting traffic, not being programmed commercial flights, Skelsjaer said.
Denmark denounces “hybrid attacks”
Danish prime minister Mette Frederiksen said on Thursday that Denmark is the victim of “hybrid attacks” in recent days, a form of unconventional war attributed to Russia.
Mette Frederiksen has pointed out to Russia: “There is a country that represents a threat to Europe's security, and this is Russia.”
For his part, the Danish Minister of Justice, Peter Hummelgaard, said earlier this week that the purpose of attacks was “to sow fear, create divisions and scare us.”
The Danish Defense Minister, Troles Lund Poulsen, said on Thursday that flights seem to be “the work of a professional actor.” However, the investigators failed to identify the responsible ones.
Moscow “firmly” rejected any involvement in the incidents in Denmark
The Russian Embassy in Copenhagen called them a “challenge staged”, in a message posted on social networks.
Drone flights started just a few days after Denmark announced that it would purchase long -range precision weapons, invoking the concern that Russia would be a threat “in the coming years.”
Hummelgaard said that Denmark will also buy new drone detection and neutralization capabilities.
Copenhagen will host a European Summit by the heads of the Government on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Friday, the Danish capital announced that it has accepted Sweden's offer to provide its anti-Dron technology to ensure the smooth running of the meeting.
