In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an 18-year-old resident of Zelenogorsk will appear in court for handing over her bank card to fraudsters. This was reported in the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
In December 2025, the girl received a message in the messenger with an offer to earn money. Reviews in the group with almost 3 thousand members were positive about the supposedly reliable business. As a result, she agreed.
“A few days later, transfers from 8 to 13 thousand rubles began to arrive on her bank card. A total of 80 thousand rubles were received. At the same time, the bank’s application blocked transfers and required confirmation. She asked the curators again – they reassured: “The recipient has problems with the card, try other details.” On the third attempt, the money went to the accounts dictated by the mysterious “Bunny”. She happily spent her remuneration of 2,900 rubles on herself,” the supervisory agency clarified.
At this time, a resident of the Ulyanovsk region was looking for a music speaker, and when he found it, he called the seller. The purchase price of 42 thousand rubles fell on the card that was dictated to him. After payment the seller disappeared.
It turned out that the scammers provided the details of an 18-year-old greenhorn. It was to her that the defrauded buyers transferred money. Thus, the girl became an intermediary who legalizes other people's stolen money.
When bank employees began to block transactions, she sounded the alarm, but did not receive a response from the curators. In January, the girl blocked the card, but the police established her identity. She wrote a confession and repented.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was opened on illegal circulation of means of payment (Part 4 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Zelenogorsk City Court.
