Krasnoyarstsev was invited to yoga on the day of the summer solstice

In Krasnoyarsk, a regional festival will be held as part of the International Yoga Day. It will be held at two sites of Tatyshev-park on June 21 on the day of the summer solstice. This was told in the center of sports training.

At the venues of the festival, many areas of yoga will be presented – Hatha, Budokan, Vignac, soft and even children's. Everyone can join. Classes will be held from 12 to 16 hours.

Schedule of the first site:

• 12:00 – 12:15. Opening.
• 12:15 – 12:50. Hatha Yoga.
• 12:55 – 13:25. Budocon Yoga.
• 13:30 – 14:00. Vignaca Yoga.
• 14:05 – 14:35. Practice: Balances on the grass.
• 14:40 – 15:10. Pair yoga.
• 15:15 – 15:45. Open-air yoga niper.

Schedule of the second site:

• 12:55 – 13:25. Class of soft yoga.
• 13:30 – 14:00. Gamak for adults and children: an introductory class.
• 14:05 – 14:35. Hartfulness – Yoga Meditation.
• 14:40 – 15:10 Children's yoga
