• “Grow with family and loved ones” will allow VTB Family Bank members to manage family accounts for spending, as well as receive personal family offers.

• “Feel cared for” – here the client will be able to quickly and 24/7 resolve emerging issues in any communication channel convenient for them: through a chatbot, by phone number or online call.
