In Krasnoyarsk in 2025, the repair of the Children's School of Arts No. 3 will be completed

In Krasnoyarsk, the building of the Children's Art School No. 3 on Free Avenue will be put in order this year. This was reported in the city hall.
The institution bears the name of its founder and the first director. Veteran of the Great Patriotic War Boris Georgievich Krivoshey. The overhaul of the building began last year. Now the contractor performs plaster work, strengthens the designs and mounts the floors.
“During the dismantling work, hidden defects were identified. Additional design solutions were required to strengthen structures, floor replacement, roofing, ”said Rustam Kamaev, head of the contracting organization.
Now at the facility, according to the representative of the contractor, from 20 to 30 people work. For the period of repair of classes for students of the School of Arts, they are held in the premises of other institutions.
“It is important for us in the year of the defender of the Fatherland, declared by the President of the Russian Federation, the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory to implement this project: to put in order the institution, which was created and developed by our fellow countryman, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. This school has many talented graduates and bright teachers, next year she will celebrate her 70th anniversary, ”said the head of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov.
The mayor also recalled that in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the regional capital, cultural projects are actively developing in the city. The reconstruction of the Memorial of Victory Museum is now being completed, and the work on the construction of the Suriks Center and the restoration of the artist’s museum will soon begin.
We add that this year it is planned to start the installation of a new modular corps for the Children's Art School No. 9 in the Leninsky district. The building in which the institution was previously located was recognized as unsuitable for operation and subject to demolition.
