Investigators have completed the investigation of the criminal case against a foreign agent, a native of Norilsk and member of the punk group Pussy Riot* Nadezhda Tolokonnikova**.
According to law enforcement agencies, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova**, being recognized as a foreign agent, published messages in the messenger in 2023–2024 without the obligatory marking of her status.
In April and May 2024, the court twice brought her to administrative responsibility for these violations. However, according to investigators, she continued to publish materials without indicating her status while abroad.
The scandalous member of Pussy Riot* will be tried in the Krasnoyarsk Territory
Criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent, committed by a person after he was brought to administrative responsibility) against Nadezhda Tolokonnikova** was initiated on the basis of materials from the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory
The scandalous member of Pussy Riot* was put on the federal wanted list.
Investigators have collected enough evidence in the case. All materials were transferred to the prosecutor's office to resolve the issue of approving the indictment and subsequently sending it to court.
