In Krasnoyarsk, a court sentenced a local resident for fictitious registration of foreign citizens.
The joint press service of the regional courts said that from February 21 to April 26, 2025, the woman submitted documents to the MFC for migration registration at the place of stay of 21 migrants. However, she did not provide them with living quarters for their stay.
“By her actions, she violated the rules and procedures for migration registration, deprived the migration authorities, as well as bodies monitoring the implementation of legislative acts of the Russian Federation, from monitoring the compliance of these foreign citizens with the rules of migration registration and their movements on the territory of the Russian Federation,” the court clarified.
The Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the woman guilty under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation) and sentenced him to a fine of 20 thousand rubles with the obligation to pay 4 thousand rubles within 5 months.
The verdict did not enter into legal force.
