The Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit against Philip Kirkorov’s father two weeks after his death. Without paying off his father's tax debt, the king of pop will not be able to inherit a three-ruble ruble on Kurskaya.
According to our information, on March 31, the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 9 for Moscow filed a lawsuit against the late Bedros Filippovich. He owed the state 31 thousand rubles in taxes. The court refused to accept the application.
Now the artist cannot inherit the legendary 70 square meters: this is the first family home of Kirkorov and Pugacheva, where they moved to live immediately after their wedding in 1994. Once a third belonged to the Primadonna; after the divorce, the apartment remained with the Kirkorov father and son in shared ownership. Luxury real estate is valued at around 80–100 million rubles. The artist cannot yet inherit the entire apartment: by law he must wait six months in case more applicants are announced.
Bedros Filippovich died due to complications due to long-term pneumonia on March 18, he was 92 years old. Kirkorov Sr.’s heart couldn’t stand it.
