Krasnoyarsk residents will be given a free subscription to a popular newspaper until the end of the month

In Krasnoyarsk, applications for a free subscription to the City News newspaper will continue to be accepted from April 1 to April 30. This was reported to the mayor's office.
Subscriptions are available to old-age pensioners, people with disabilities and low-income citizens. Starting this year, you can apply for it remotely. Specialists from youth centers and libraries are helping to master the new format.
To do this, you need to go to the portal lk.admkrsk.ru, log in through your State Services account, select the service number 01/01/038 “Sign up for a free subscription to the newspaper “City News”” and indicate the second half of 2026.
Pensioners can perform these actions independently on their phones or computers, or with the help of relatives.
One of the first to use the new service was Krasnoyarsk resident Lyubov Solodovnikova. She said that young volunteers quickly showed how to fill out the data on the site, and now next time she will try to do it herself.
As Tatyana Efimovich, head of the Center for Providing Social Support Measures, noted, the city is constantly modernizing the procedure for accepting applications in order to reduce queues and make the service more comfortable.

Let us add that the free subscription service to the municipal newspaper is in high demand. A few years ago, applications were accepted only in person, which is why Krasnoyarsk pensioners lined up.
