In the village of Motyginsky district, a businessman illegally rented boiler houses and heating networks

The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory conducted an inspection in the village of Razdolinsk Motyginsky districtafter numerous complaints from residents about heating. It turned out that local companies were illegally renting municipal equipment.
Heat and water supply in the village is provided by Alliance LLC and Energy LLC under the leadership of one general director. They rented three boiler houses and 4.5 km of heating networks worth 38 million rubles without bidding – therefore, without legal grounds.
“The quality of services left much to be desired, and management’s actions led to serious problems with heating in the winter, the accumulation of debts to the energy supply company and the destruction of municipal property due to lack of proper care,” the department emphasizes.
After inspection, the boiler houses and heating networks were returned to the municipality. Heat supply in the village will be provided by the municipal enterprise Kommunalny.
The head of the district was presented with a complaint due to the lack of control over the coordination of the settlements’ actions in the housing and communal services sector.
