A consulting center on changing the management company has begun operating for Krasnoyarsk residents

On behalf of the mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin, a consultation center for residents began operating in the city, who want to change management company. The initiative is due to the fact that During the period of frost, Krasnoyarsk residents accumulated complaints against the management organizations that service their homes, but people do not know how to influence the situation.

The consultation center will operate as a telephone hotline 228-21-30 in working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

“Specialists from the housing department of the department of municipal services and transport of the city administration will advise Krasnoyarsk residents. They will be able to explain in detail the procedure for changing the management organization, tell where to get the necessary documents, how to calculate the deadlines, correctly formalize the procedure legally, and so on. By law, a change of management company can be initiated by any of the owners of apartments or premises in the building. There are various mechanisms, including the opportunity to take such an initiative using data from the State Services portal or special applications. The necessary background information can also be found at official website of the Krasnoyarsk administration. However, practice shows that live communication and the opportunity to ask questions always work more efficiently,” the mayor’s office said.
