Seven out of ten buyers consider clothes and shoes from Russian brands to be a good alternative to outdated foreign brands. People get high on price, quality and design.
Over the past year, a third of Russians bought clothes from local designers, a Yandex Market survey showed. 78% of respondents said that our hoodies, T-shirts, pants and shoes are better or comparable in quality to foreign brands. In addition, they are cheaper and look stylish.
70% of respondents said that they are already accustomed to online clothing purchases. 50% liked to study reviews and comments, 44% liked to pick up parcels from a pick-up point near their home, 49% bought shares and the opportunity to pay in parts, 51% liked to pay for the order after trying it on, and 22% enjoyed fast courier delivery. The number of orders for clothing, shoes and accessories on the marketplace has more than tripled over the past year.
