Wizz Air announces a wave of new routes from Romania. New destinations from several cities of the country, including Bucharest

The Hungarian company, the largest aviation operator in Romania, announces the launch of new routes from Bucharest, Cluj, Oradea, Craiova and Brașov.

Thus, starting this week, two Wizz Air routes were launched completely from Bucharest
Otopeni to Brindisi (Italy) on Mondays and Fridays and to Faro (Portugal) every day
tuesday and saturday.

From Cluj-Napoca, passengers can travel again with Wizz Air to Antalya (Turkey), on the days of
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and to Berlin (Germany) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Another route was resumed on March 29 from Craiova to the long-awaited destination a
Barcelona (Spain), with flights on Thursdays and Sundays.

Passengers from Brasov can now fly to the new destination Katowice (Poland), starting from
March 31, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

March 30 also marked the official start of Wizz Air operations at the Airport
Oradea, along with the first route to Milan Bergamo (Italy), operated on Mondays and Fridays, the company's press release also states.

It operates at 14 airports in Romania

Currently, the company has 230 routes for sale from 14 Romanian airports, connecting passengers with 83 destinations in 27 countries. During its almost 20 years of activity, Wizz Air has established nine operational bases in Bucharest Băneasa, Bucharest Otopeni, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Iași, Sibiu, Suceava, Târgu Mureș and Timișoara.

The company has over 1,600 employees in Romania.
