United Russia holds a week of receptions on housing and communal services in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be able to get advice from deputies of all levels, specialists and representatives of executive authorities, construction and housing control, lawyers and experts of the coordination council “People's Control in the Housing and Public Utilities Sphere”.
“Housing and communal services issues are something that concerns every home, every family. At such meetings, we not only help in specific situations, but also formulate proposals for solving systemic problems. After all, now our public receptions are actively involved in the formation of the party’s new people’s program,” said Anna Kuznetsova, chairman of the United Russia commission for working with citizens’ appeals, deputy secretary of the party’s General Council.
Experts and deputies help to understand current issues:
- charging for housing and communal services (checking calculations, recalculation);
- the quality of services provided and the work of management companies;
- major repairs and relocation from emergency housing;
- registration of subsidies, benefits, compensation;
- protection of consumer rights.
“Issues of housing and communal services are relevant for every resident of the region’s settlements. They touch everyone and cause a special reaction. A week on housing and communal services issues is held regularly. This is not the only way to get feedback from citizens. Every month, as a regional coordinator, I hold receptions in my native Zheleznogorsk and in the Legislative Assembly. The reception week format is a way to get an instant overview of all topics. We appreciate the feedback, which makes it possible to regulate the effective operation of the housing and communal services sector,” said Alexey Kulesh, Chairman of the Committee on Construction, Housing and Communal Services and Civil Defense and Emergency Issues of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, regional coordinator of the party project “School of Housing and Communal Services”.
