In 2003, by the Decree of the Legislative Assembly of the Jewish Autonomous Region, Ivan Stepanovich Kubarev was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
Being on a well -deserved rest, Ivan Stepanovich went beyond the borders of our region.
I.S. Kubarev was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, the Order of Courage, the honorary sign of “Honor and respect”, medals “For Valiant Labor. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of V. I. Lenin”, “Veteran of Labor”.
