In one of the regions of Russia, it is proposed to introduce fines for placing ads about missing people and animals in wrong places. Corresponding amendments to the legislation are considered by deputies in the Saratov region.
The initiative is directed against placing posters on the facades of houses, at the entrances and inside the buildings. According to the authors of the initiative, the current improvement rules prohibit such ads, but only management companies are responsible for untimely posting posters. Citizens themselves are not yet fines, writes the Ural Meridian IA.
Residents who lay ads outside specially designated places want to fine up to 5 thousand rubles. At a meeting of the committee, deputies also raised the question of whether the parents of children who are stirring ads about the disappearance of animals would be fined. However, a clear answer to this question has not yet been sounded.
