After reaching the “eights” at the Miami Open, Sorana Cîrstea (35 years old) climbed from the 35th place to the 29th place in the WTA ranking. The Romanian left the tournament after being eliminated by Coco Gauff (22 years old, #3 WTA), score 4-6, 6-3, 2-6.
