Magdalena Kamińska appointed as the president of Energa

Energa's supervisory board has entrusted Magdalena Kamińska, vice president of the management board for finance, with the function of president of the management board from April 1, 2026. Przemysław Janiak was also appointed to the management board as vice president, Energa announced in a press release.

Magdalena Kamińska has been a member of the Energa management board since February 4, 2025. Since November, she has been acting as president of the management board.

Kamińska has been associated with the Energa Group since 2011, where, among others, she managed the finance area as deputy director and then director of the Finance Department. From July 2024, she served as vice-president of the management board of Energa Wytwarzanie. He serves as a member of the supervisory board of Baltic Service Offshore Solutions sp. z o. o.
