Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to free screenings of the Stalker International Human Rights Film Festival

From April 5 to 9 in Krasnoyarsk at the House of Cinema (88 Mira Ave.) a charity event of the International Film Festival about Human Rights “Stalker” will be held.
The program includes five premiere screenings of feature films, ten documentaries, creative meetings with directors, screenwriters and producers.
Among the participants:
- opening film – drama “Northern Station” (dir. Sergei Ovechko), which received the prize for best director at the “New Movement” festival;
- psychological thriller “Doggy” (dir. Slava Ross) – winner of the special prize named after Marlen Khutsiev at “Stalker”;
- meditative drama without words “Hunter” (dir. Zaur Tsogoev) – winner of the Grand Prix of the Listapad film festival, the award of the Guild of Film Scholars and Film Critics and the special “Stalker” prize named after Andrei Tarkovsky;
- tragicomedy “Page 35” (dir. Philipp Lars) – the main prize of “Stalker” for the best feature film;
- The closing film “Sidney Lumet’s Birthday” (dir. Raul Heydarov) is the main prize of the feature film competition of the “Window to Europe” festival.

The documentary program includes works awarded with the Nika Prize (Lexo, directed by Olesya Fokina), the Stalker jury diploma (Unknown Tsvetaeva, directed by Lyubov Kuryanova), a special prize of the Window to Europe festival (The Tale of ZhilaByla, directed by Sergei Dogorov) and others.
