A breakthrough in the mPay application. BLIK will enter the system under new rules

mPay signed an agreement with Polski Standard Płatności, the owner and operator of the BLIK mobile payment system, regarding cooperation in the integration and development of payment services based on BLIK solutions – mPay said in a press release.

The concluded agreement allows the company to expand its payment offer by using the infrastructure and functionality of the BLIK system. It was indicated that this integration will allow users and business partners of the company to use payment services based on the BLIK standard, including, among others: online payments and other services offered within this system.

It was stated that, in the opinion of the management board, cooperation with PSP creates significant opportunities for the company to develop its business in the area of ​​payment services.

Integration with the BLIK system will allow, among others: to: increase the attractiveness of the mPay payment offer by providing one of the most frequently used mobile payment methods in Poland, optimize transaction processing costs thanks to the use of the BLIK system infrastructure, develop new products and payment services, as well as offer payment solutions based on BLIK also to external entities, in particular the company's business partners, in the service model.
