In spring, during periods of sudden changes in weather, the skin becomes capricious. Either cold, then heat, then wind, and as a result – dull and dry skin. But an excellent nourishment for tired skin is in any refrigerator. It was also used by our grandmothers, who did not have expensive creams.
Thus, beauty expert Natalia Rubtsova reminded in her Zen channel (12+) about the benefits of wiping the skin with cotton pads and milk.
Why is milk good for skin?
Milk contains a whole “bunch” of useful components: proteins and fats nourish and restore elasticity, B vitamins soothe irritations and fight dryness, calcium strengthens the skin’s protective barrier. And most importantly, it contains lactic acid – a soft natural peeling that carefully renews the surface of the face without injuring it.
How to use it correctly
Take some cold milk with a fat content of 2.5–3.2%. Soak a cotton pad in it and wipe your face with light movements. It is better to carry out such a ritual in the evening: overnight the skin will have time to recover and absorb everything useful.
Regularly rubbing the skin with milk will help even out the tone, remove flaking and restore a healthy glow to the skin. At the same time, there are no complex manipulations or costs.
An important point: if you are allergic to dairy products or have oily skin, this method will not work. Be sure to consult a specialist.
But for most skin types, milk is a safe, natural, generation-tested treatment that really works.
