The Italians enjoyed watching the last part of the game Wales – Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-1 (2-4 on penalties), after which they will play the final to go to the World Cup. A television camera caught Sandro Tonali and Federico Dimarco celebrating qualification for the Cardiff visitors.

Several Italian players were caught live on public broadcaster RAI celebrating the qualification of Edin Dzeko and his team-mates away from Wales. Bosnians immediately reacted angrily and published an aggressive message on social media: “It's disrespectful.”

The video went viral within minutes and also caught the attention of Bosnia-Herzegovina fans on social media. “Look at the lack of respect from the Italians. And what arrogance! They celebrated our victory on penalties. We will consider it in Zenica”.

Dimarco, Pio Esposito, Vicario, Meret and Tonali appeared live on RAI celebrating Bosnia's qualification in Wales!

Squadra Azzurra won the semi-final against Northern Ireland without emotions (2-0), and after the final whistle, Gennaro Gattuso's students stayed at the “New Balance Arena” to see what was happening in the match that would decide the opponent in the final on March 31.

RAI cameras focused on Dimarco, Pio Esposito, Vicario, Meret and Tonali, who were celebrating after Bosnia-Herzegovina's successful victory in Wales. The Azzurri had just qualified and were studying Tuesday's rivals.

The director also captured the reaction of Tonali (Bergamo's man of the match, with a goal and an assist), after a Bosnian miss in extra time. “He was going to score,” exclaimed the midfielder after a great opportunity that Demirovic squandered.

The Azzurri's gestures were inappropriate, and the images were also commented on by Lele Adani, who was the second co-commentator in the game with Northern Ireland, creating an embarrassing situation in the live broadcast: “You said the images would not be broadcast live, but instead… We should be celebrating on Tuesday, not today.”
