Risk of flooding in 16 counties. Hydrologists issued a code yellow warning

The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management has issued a yellow flood code targeting the hydrographic basins of some rivers in 16 counties.
The first warning is in effect from Saturday to Sunday morning, at 09:00, for the regions through which the following rivers pass:
Aries – upper basin and tributaries of the middle and lower basin (counties: Alba and Cluj), Timiş – upstream basin of the Hydrological Station (SH) Sadova, Nera – upper basin and tributaries of the middle and lower basin (Caraş Severin county), Cerna – upper basin and tributaries of the middle and lower basin (counties: Gorj and Caraş Severin), Jiu – tributaries of Saduți downstream sector SH – upstream SH Rovinari (Gorj county), Motru – basin upstream SH Târmigani and tributaries related to the downstream sector SH Târmigani (counties: Gorj and Mehedinţi), Olt – right tributaries related to the downstream sector confluence with the Lotru river – upstream Ac. Ionești (Vâlcea county), Olteţ – upper basin (counties: Gorj and Vâlcea).
Another warning has a longer duration, being valid until Monday, at 12.00, for the following hydrographic basins:
Ialomiţa – upstream basin Moroeni SH and the tributaries related to the downstream sector Moroeni SH – upstream Siliștea Snagovului SH (counties: Dâmboviţa, Prahova and Ilfov), Prahova – upper basin and middle and lower basin tributaries (counties: Prahova and Ialomiţa), Buzău – tributaries related to the downstream sector Nehoiu SH – upstream SH Baniţa (counties: Buzău and Prahova), Râmnicu Sărat – upper basin and tributaries middle and lower basin (counties: Buzău and Vrancea), Putna – upper basin and tributaries middle and lower basin (Vrancea county), Trotuș – upper basin and tributaries middle and lower basin (counties: Harghita, Bacău, Neamţ, Covasna and Vrancea), Bistrita – tributaries related to the downstream sector of SH Frumosu (counties: Neamţ, Harghita and Bacău).
Cyclone Deborah enters Romania
The warnings of the hydrologists follow the warnings of the meteorologists regarding the worsening of the weather in Romania this weekend.
A Mediterranean cyclone, Deborah, crosses our country this weekend and brings heavy rains in the south and east, as well as heavy snow in the mountains, where the snow layer can even reach 40-50 cm in the next few days, ANM meteorologist Robert Manta announced on Antena3 on Saturday morning.
Until Monday, March 30, at 10:00 a.m., a code yellow alert is in effect for quantitatively significant precipitation and blizzard in the mountains, in more than half of the country.
ANM meteorologist Robert Manta explained, on Antena 3, that the highest amounts of precipitation are expected in the subcarpathian area of Moldova, where they can exceed 50 l/m2 until Monday morning.
