The third district reporting and program forum “There is a result!”, organized by United Russia, took place in Nizhny Novgorod. It was dedicated to issues of youth support, development of educational infrastructure and career guidance.
At the forum, the government reported on the implementation of the current people's program, and activists prepared proposals for a new one. Residents from all over the country also joined the collection of initiatives on the website estrezultat.rf, where over 20 thousand ideas have already been received.
To date, 500 educational clusters have been created. With the support of United Russia, 50 advanced engineering schools were organized, more than 450 quantoriums and over 300 IT cubes were opened. About 20 thousand “Growth Point” centers operate in rural schools and small towns.
Participants proposed creating spaces for youth self-realization in each city, introducing a special legal regime on student campuses similar to free economic zones, and strengthening feedback from the authorities.
In the education sector, it is also necessary to build at least 100 new kindergartens and carry out major overhauls of more than 2,200 preschool institutions in regions with a shortage of places, and to erect at least 150 new school buildings in regions with the greatest need for educational places. A proposal was made to introduce a moratorium on the excessive workload of schoolchildren and teachers.
During the discussion, special attention was paid to the issues of training specialists and the development of educational infrastructure. Among the priority areas was the federal project “Professionalism”, which is actively promoted by United Russia.
In addition, on the initiative of the president and with the support of the party, a large-scale project is being implemented to create 25 world-class campuses by 2030.
“These are not just buildings, but growth points where education, science and production connect. That is, space for youth to realize their potential: from research to business startups,” said Vladimir Yakushev, secretary of the party’s General Council.
Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasized that this is one of the most successful projects that demonstrates real results. Thanks to him, it was possible to increase the prestige of the blue-collar professions that the country needs: “It is very important that, with the help of the party, we have legislated the role of the employer in “Professionality” as an equal participant in the educational process.”
He also thanked United Russia for supporting socially significant changes in the field of supporting children and youth development.
