In Russia, they want to forbid the beaches to bring animals

The Ministry of Emergencies plans to introduce new rules for visiting beaches in Russia. In particular, in the new document there is a ban on visiting the beach with any animals, except for guide dogs.

The draft order of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia was published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts. It indicates that visitors to the beaches will not be able to bring animals with them. An exception can only be guide dogs.

The text also indicates the requirement to equip the beach with buoys that are not similar to trash floating in water, in a place for bathing children, the depth should not exceed 1.2 meters.

Visitors are forbidden to swim for buoys, swim on objects that are not intended for this, for example, on sunbeds and logs, play sports games outside the places allotted for this, swim in a state of intoxication and leave children unattended. There is no data in the order, what punishment can follow for violation of these rules.

The beach owners are required to monitor its cleanliness, check the bottom, rescuers should monitor the safety of visitors.

It is planned that the order will enter into force on September 1, 2025 and will operate until September 1, 2031.
