The signing of the document became known after today’s meeting in Kyiv of security advisers of Ukraine’s allied countries on the protection of Russian aggression.
The agreement was developed as part of bilateral work at the level of the general staffs of Ukraine and the United States and consists of four sections and four annexes, Gnatov said. They spell out in detail the mechanisms for supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular the issues of supporting, restoring and modernizing the Ukrainian army.
The issues of monitoring compliance with agreements, as well as the reaction of the parties to their violation, are separately discussed.
“These are bilateral agreements. Now exactly the same work is being carried out with other partner countries, and one of the sections of the document is the activity of the “coalition of the willing,” noted the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
