We are talking about two acts that were adopted by the Sejm today.

The first of them introduces maximum prices for gasoline and diesel oil. By virtue of changes the maximum price of fuels will be determined according to a specific formula including the average wholesale price of fuels on the domestic market, increased by excise duty, fuel fee, sales margin of PLN 0.30 per liter and VAT. Sales above the maximum price will be subject to a penalty of up to PLN 1 million, and inspections will be carried out by the National Tax Administration.
