“Egor is 19 years old, studying at the university,” said the former Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to Kuleba, his son and daughter Lyubov live in Kyiv. When asked if Egor would like to become Minister of Foreign Affairs in the future, Kuleba answered negatively.
“Egor wants to become someone associated with the military profession. I won’t go into details, but he is attracted to the security and defense sector,” he replied.
In January 2025, in an interview with the BBC, Kuleba said that his son was attending military courses.
“I barely persuaded him to continue his studies at university. I will respect his choice. This is not something to strive for, but if your time has come, you must accept this challenge with dignity,” he said then.
Context
Kuleba has two children: Egor (2006) and Lyubov (2011).
Their mother is Dmitry Kuleba’s first wife, Evgenia Kuleba, founder and head of the public organization “Garden City”, deputy of the Kiev City Council from the “Servant of the People”.
They are divorced. On May 26, Dmitry Kuleba will marry his fiancee, Ukrainian businesswoman Svetlana Paveletskaya.
