A beauty expert on the Zen blog “My Own Cosmetologist” (18+) shared a simple way to quickly get your skin in order for the New Year. So, an experienced blogger advises trying home peeling with pineapple. Its effect is comparable to salon products containing acids and enzymes.

For this you will need: 2 teaspoons of thawed grated pineapple, 1 teaspoon of sour cream and half a spoon of ground oatmeal.

Peeling recipe with pineapple:

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Apply to clean, damp skin using gentle circular motions and massage for 1-2 minutes. Leave until slightly dry and then rinse with cool water.

After peeling, make a non-greasy restorative mask: for example, with hyaluronic acid. Fabric will also do. Finally, be sure to moisturize your skin with a light cream.

What effect does peeling have?

Pineapple is rich in fruit acids and the enzyme bromelain, which perfectly cleanses pores, evens out tone and restores radiance to the skin. Oatmeal gently exfoliates dead cells, smoothes out fine wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and tone. This duet also helps lighten pigmentation.

Meanwhile, sour cream nourishes, moisturizes and softens thanks to fats and lactic acid. But if your skin is oily, it is better to replace oatmeal with kefir.

Important: Before first use, do a test on the bend of your elbow. Do not use if you are allergic to pineapple or milk. If the skin shows an unusual reaction, stop the procedure immediately. Carry out the procedure a couple of times a week, but no more than 10 times.
