During the integration, VTB has already transferred half of the loans from retail clients of Post Bank.
After the assignment, all contract conditions for borrowers remain unchanged. The loan transfer process is automatic; banks handle all technical issues independently. The only thing that is required from clients to continue repaying loans is to open an account with VTB.
VTB began transferring loans from retail clients of Post Bank at the beginning of March this year. In total, 1.3 million contracts remain to be translated. The process of integration of banks is planned to be completed in May.
