The child was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury, fractures of the spine and thigh, a bruise of the heart and other severe damage that resulted in prolonged treatment.

It turned out that from 2023 to 2024, a pensioner was punished 41 times for various traffic violations. After the incident, he was deprived of his rights.
“A psychiatric examination showed that the driver was fully aware of the nature of his actions. His condition is dangerous for both him and other road users, ”the department said.
In court, the driver claimed that he had not crossed the child, and the accident explained by the fact that he was “confused.” However, the pensioner was found guilty and sentenced by the year restrictions on freedom with compulsory observation and treatment with a psychiatrist.
In favor of his parents, the court collected 700 thousand rubles from a man as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.
