Romania U19 begins the road to EURO 2026! Strong duel with Kazakhstan at Voluntari

The Romania U19 national team debuts today in the Elite Tour for the qualification for the 2026 European U19 Championship, in a match against the Kazakhstan U19 national team. The game is played from 17:00 at the “Anghel Iordănescu” stadium in Voluntari.
The national team trained by Adrian Dulcea comes after a solid series of results in November, which gives them confidence before the next matches. The Tricolors started with a clear 4-1 win against Andorra U19, drew 1-1 with Finland U19, and ended the month with an emphatic 3-0 win over Iceland U19.

The stake: qualification for EURO 2026
The final tournament will take place between 28 June and 11 July 2026, in cities such as Wrexham or Bangor. For the “tricolors”, the goal is clear: 1st place in the group and qualification.
