Iran fired missiles towards Lebanon. The first such attack

The Israeli army confirmed information about an Iranian rocket whose fragments fell on Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. According to the Times of Israel website, the ship that shot down the missile probably belonged to the US.
Previously, there were no reports of Iranian attacks on Lebanese territory. However, this country is regularly attacked by Israel, which is fighting there with Hezbollah, supported by Tehran.
Lebanon has withdrawn the accreditation of Iran's ambassador
The government in Beirut has banned Hezbollah from taking military action, but is unable to disarm it, as Israel demands. On Tuesday, the Lebanese Foreign Ministry withdrew its approval of the accreditation of Iran's ambassador, accusing him of interfering in the country's internal affairs.
Hezbollah condemned the expulsion of the Iranian diplomat in a statement. He called it a “national and strategic sin” that undermines national sovereignty and unity. The Iranian-financed organization also demanded that the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs immediately withdraw its decision, Naharnet reported
