In Krasnoyarsk after a prosecutor's inspection, wage arrears to employees were repaid companies.
According to the press service of the supervisory agency, employees contacted the prosecutor's office outdoor furniture manufacturing companies. They reported that the employer stopped paying wages and also does not decide this problem. The debt period has exceeded the permissible maximum.
“The prosecutor went to the scene and found out that in addition to delays in payments to current employees, 14 dismissed workers were left without pay. Having taken their work books, they left without deserved payment for their work. The total debt exceeded 600 thousand rubleslei. The employer explained the situation by delays in payment from the customer and a cash gap,” explained in the supervisory department.
As a result,the office of the prosecutor made a representation and also initiated an administrative case for non-payment of wages By part 6 art. 5.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
