Barber Nijat accidentally cut off a piece of Danil's ear in the Viking barbershop
24-year-old Tobolsk resident Danil went for a haircut in May of this year. At the barbershop, he was assigned to 21-year-old master Nijat, who had only recently completed additional training.
However, the haircut specialist got a little carried away and cut off not only the strands behind the client’s ear, but also part of the ear itself. The victim had to go to the hospital.
Danil estimated the damage from the loss of a piece of his ear at 100 thousand rubles. The court partially satisfied his demand: Viking paid 60 thousand rubles for moral damages and 30 thousand for violation of consumer rights.
