A person accused of robbing a jewelry store will appear in court in Krasnoyarsk.
According to the police, the crime was committed in November 2025 in the Sovetsky district of the city. The attacker came to the salon and asked to try on several chains, after which he chose one with a pendant and, threatening the sellers with violence, ran away with it. The amount of damage amounted to more than 324 thousand rubles.

Law enforcement officers established that the robber was a 27-year-old resident of the Rybinsk region who had been previously convicted several times. The man was undergoing treatment in Krasnoyarsk when he got the idea to steal jewelry. He subsequently sold them and spent the money on his own needs.
A criminal case was opened and investigated against the defendant under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”, which provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 7 years.
