“On the night of March 20-21, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the facilities of the Saratov Oil Refinery in the Saratov Oblast of the Russian Federation. This plant processes oil and produces fuels and lubricants used for the needs of the occupation army,” the headquarters reported.
The statement did not disclose what type of weapon was used in the attack. However, the Russian Ministry of Defense claims that it disabled 283 unmanned aerial vehicles that night. Saratov is located approximately 700 kilometers in a straight line from the Ukrainian border.
