“With the change in weather conditions, the Russian aggressor has increased pressure on several sectors of the front at once. For several days in a row, the number of military clashes has exceeded 200. At the same time, enemy losses have also increased significantly: on Tuesday and Thursday alone, about 4,840 invaders were neutralized, killed and wounded,” he wrote.

The Commander-in-Chief noted the active actions of the Ukrainian military, who seized the initiative and continued to restore positions. He pointed to the need for asymmetric solutions from the defense forces in response to the activity of “superior enemy forces.” According to him, it was possible to coordinate the further actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, taking into account the enemy’s tactics, and clarify the mission for each unit in the area of ​​​​responsibility during a working trip to the areas of the southern operational zone.

“On the spot, he gave the necessary orders to strengthen supplies – ammunition, drones and other logistical means,” Syrsky informed.

On March 17, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced that Ukrainian defense forces had eliminated the largest number of Russian occupiers in one day this year. 1710 military killed and wounded. According to the department, the Russians tried to take advantage of the fog and launched offensives on several sectors of the front, but were defeated.

By data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the morning of March 20, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the losses of the Russian army amounted to 1,285,700 invaders.
