- semolina – 2 tbsp. l.

- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet

Preparation:
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat in a blender until smooth.
- Add condensed milk, semolina, zest and vanilla sugar.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and leave for 20-30 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.
- Place the mixture into a pan lined with parchment.
- Smooth the surface and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Remove and cut into portioned squares or diamonds.
