A regular meeting of the session of the Legislative Assembly of the region was held in Krasnoyarsk. A significant part of the agenda, which included 50 questions, concerned the development of territories: naming districts, fire safety issues, territorial planning and land use.
Among the adopted laws are amendments to the law on the transfer of agricultural land to other categories. It will become more multi-staged to avoid abuse. Also during the session, deputies approved the scheme of electoral districts, and approved names for nine municipal districts. In particular, the new scheme involves 22 single-mandate electoral districts, as well as one double-mandate constituency in the territories of the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets and Evenki municipal districts.
“A significant part of the agenda of today’s meeting was devoted to the life of the territories, organizational aspects of the municipal government system, bringing the legislative framework in line with the decisions made, as well as social policy and economics of the territories. This emphasis is due to the fact that in the total volume of the current year’s budget, the regional budget allocates more than 130 billion rubles for the development of territories,” said Alexey Dodatko, speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
The Chairman of Parliament recalled that a decision had recently been made to distribute a subsidy in the amount of 400 million rubles to improve the work of social institutions in thirty-three territories of the region.
“I would like to emphasize: the focus on the development of territories, on the quality of life of people and its positive changes is a priority for us,” noted Alexey Dodatko.
Let us remind you that the governor of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, recently spoke about the subsidy on his MAX channel. It is planned to support 33 municipalities this year. 400 million rubles will help repair and equip 50 social institutions: schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, additional education institutions and sports facilities.
“Among the projects: a major overhaul of the pool bowl at the Divnogorsk sports school, the construction of a modular locker room building for athletes in the Sosnovoborsky district and a sports ground in the Karatuz district. The update will affect schools and kindergartens in Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky, Birilyussky, Bogotolsky, Bolshemurtinsko-Sukhobuzimsky, Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky and other districts. An important principle of this work is that projects were formed taking into account the opinions of the residents themselves,” said the governor.
He emphasized that last year, under the same program, it was possible to repair 45 schools, 20 kindergartens, cultural institutions, sports and additional education.
