It is not clear, for the moment, what caused the CIA agents to open the fire. Some sources claim that the woman did not stop after she was approaching the gate, CBS News reports.
Fairfax County police confirmed the incident, stating that the victim suffered injuries to the top of the body that does not endanger his life. Other details about the woman's condition were not provided.
