What happened in Chad?
According to a resident of the border town of Tine, quoted by Reuters, the attack occurred on Wednesday afternoon when mourners gathered at home for the funeral ceremony of a relative. There were two explosions then. According to this person, at least 17 victims of the attack included mourners and children playing nearby. Military sources confirmed that all victims were civilians.
