On March 20, the Bellini restaurant group will open a new project – the Crème de la Crème restaurant in the Udachny microdistrict at st. Zhivopisnaya, 2. The new restaurant is conceived as a place for every day for residents of the area and guests of the city. Here you can have breakfast, meet for lunch or dinner with loved ones.
The restaurant space is designed for 88 seats. The interior has several zones: a main hall with an open kitchen, a display case with desserts and pastries, a children's play area, a private banquet room for 12 guests and an area with a fireplace, which will become the center of cozy evening meetings.
The name Crème de la Crème is translated from French as “the best of the best.” The gastronomic concept of the restaurant is built around popular dishes from different cuisines. The menu includes French onion soup, pasta, and oven-baked pizza. As well as hearty dishes of meat and traditional cuisine: lula kebab, shish kebab, rack of lamb and borscht with stewed beef. The cuisine is complemented by a wine list with items from France, Italy and New Zealand.
Particular emphasis is placed on breakfasts – one of the key areas of the project. Guests are offered a variety of omelettes, sandwiches, hearty croissants and granola.
The restaurant's interior was designed by designer Valentina Druzhinina. The space is designed in japandi style – a combination of Japanese brevity and Scandinavian comfort. Natural materials, soft light and panoramic windows overlooking the stairs to the Silver Log and the forest create an atmosphere of tranquility.
Crème de la Crème is designed as a restaurant where guests return not only for the food, but also for the atmosphere. The team focuses on attentive service, consistent taste and a cozy feeling.
