Moreover, the management board recommends allocating an amount of almost PLN 77 million (constituting the sum of unpaid profits from 2018-2024, and at the same time not exceeding the levels of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's recommendations issued in relation to the bank's profits for 2018-2024) to dividend capital and pay it to shareholders in the form of a dividend.
